This is the story of the Kyngdom Groups home in Grove Park, Atlanta — why it exists, what's inside it, and who's looking after it while you're there.
Most listings comfortably sleep four or five people — fine for a couple, awkward for a reunion, a wedding party, or a team in town for a tournament. Too often, sixteen people traveling together end up scattered across three separate addresses, texting "where's everyone meeting tonight?"
Kyngdom Groups started with a simple idea: find one home big enough that nobody has to split up. A place where the whole group lands together, shares one kitchen table, and the trip actually feels like a trip — not a logistics project.
The home is laid out across three levels, so groups can spread out without ever losing the feeling of being together. Two living rooms, two full kitchens, and a dining table built for ten mean meals and movie nights actually fit everyone.
Grove Park is a residential pocket on Atlanta's west side — leafy, low-key, and just minutes from downtown. It's the kind of neighborhood where the house feels like a real home base, not a hotel lobby.
And with the FIFA World Cup coming to Atlanta, the location does double duty: Mercedes-Benz Stadium is a 10-minute drive, with the Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Olympic Park, the High Museum, and Piedmont Park all close behind.
Behind the listing is a small, hands-on team — Kyngdom Groups, working alongside a local co-host — who handle everything from smart-lock access codes to making sure the linens are fresh before you walk in.
We reply to 100% of messages, usually within the hour, and the house is fully inspected and cleaned between every stay. New to hosting, but not new to looking after people.
The best trips aren't really about the room you sleep in — they're about who's still awake in the kitchen at midnight.
Sixteen guests, seven bedrooms, one big table — waiting in Grove Park, Atlanta.
